Additionally, Tactronics’ in-house facilities include a separate Environmental Testing Lab, as well as a Quality Control Center for in-process and final testing.

Tactronics’ best practice manufacturing processes focus on developing a manufacturing system, and its related control plans, to produce quality product at the lowest cost. Tactronics’ manufacturing system ensures that the customer’s requirements, needs and expectations are met. These processes cover the following three (3) phases:
  • Manufacturing process design and development
  • Product manufacturing process validation
  • Production feedback, assessment and corrective action
Tactronics’ superbly trained Manufacturing Integrated Product Team (IPT) is responsible for developing the manufacturing system and control plans. Products of the IPT include such items as: process flow charts; floor plan layouts; process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA); pre-launch control plans; measurement process analysis plans; packaging specifications and production control plans.
