Tactronics Holdings LLC is comprised of two unique operating units
serving the defense and commercial industries with its host of combat-proven
mobile C4ISR systems, ultra-rugged computing components, high performance
composite and hybrid ballistic solutions. Led by Founder, Chief Technology
Officer and Vice Chairman, William F. Silhan, this rapidly growing company
is delivering leading–edge technologies to worldwide military, government
agency, homeland security and system integration markets.
The Electronic Systems Division, based in Bellport, NY,
designs, engineers and produces all TAC-SINe, mobile C4ISR ruggedized products,
components and systems. The division's Advanced Applications Group develops
all networking software applications for Tactronics' system solutions.
Platform integration operations fall under this division, as well as custom
solutions for worldwide Special Forces. With a strategic presence close to
end user facilities in the US and abroad, the Electronic Systems Division
directs the following organizations:

The ArmorStruxx Division, based in Lodi, CA, is a one-stop provider
of world-class, comprehensive ballistic and blast protection solutions. ArmorStruxx
designs, manufactures and installs composite armor protection for a wide variety of
vehicles and structures in both the defense and commercial industries. Today,
ArmorStruxx is the largest manufacturer of composite flat panel armor in the US.
