Featuring low power consumption, this unit is based on a high performance Intel 1.06 GHz Core Duo processor, which dissipates only 9W in the core computer, yet maintains general performance in excess of Pentium M-class processors.

This rugged computer includes two hard drive bays designed to accommodate removable 2.5 inch form factor SATA solid-state drives. The drive bays are enlarged to accept a broad range of drive heights from 0.364 to 0.876 inches. This makes it suitable for use with a wide array of solid state storage hard drives, and enables the exploitation of COTS drives currently available in storage capacities greater than 80 GB.
